EIB Consulting are a team of educational consultants with over a decade of Oxbridge and UCAS application experience, with particular focus on supporting international and their families apply to study at UK universities from their homes around the world. As a team, we ourselves undertook the International Baccalaureate Diploma programme before our university studies, which fostered in each of us a determinedly global outlook. From our bases in Belgium, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the UK, we chose to come to, or stay in, the UK for our university studies, at institutions including Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College London, and King’s College London.

We have, individually and as a team of Consultants, supported over 200 students with their UCAS applications, and supported more than 75 applications to Oxford and Cambridge, both in-person and from a distance, providing support for over a decade, and so hope to have encountered almost all queries, but are always excited to be asked new questions we have not come across before.

Tim, MEng (Oxford), is the Founder and Director of EIB Consulting & Elite IB. With over a decade’s worth of experience providing support to students applying to a variety of UK universities, including but not limited to Oxford and Cambridge, across a range of Mathematics, Physics, and Engineering courses, there is little Tim does not know when it comes to making your applications in these areas.
Additionally, having led talks and seminars globally regarding the UCAS process, and having applied from outside of the UK himself (IB graduate, AIS (Antwerp), 2005), Tim is acutely aware of the particular challenges faced by international applicants throughout their UCAS applications, as well as the qualities which make them of interest to many of the UK’s top universities.
Bella Southworth Simons
MA English 1850-Present, King’s College London
Bella graduated from the IB in 2011, going on to study at King’s College London for both her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.As Head of Admissions & Schools, she provides UCAS support to students applying for a wide range of Arts & Humanities subjects, with particular focus on London universities, and personal statement guidance across a full spectrum of subjects.
She works regularly with schools to ensure every student can make a competitive application to UK universities, no matter their level of familiarity with UCAS systems and procedures, and is available to provideUCAS training within schools. Regularly delivering talks for students and their parents on UCAS applications, Bella ensures EIB Admissions remains up-to-speed on all UCAS updates and developments, and is well placed to answer most logistical questions regarding applications, no matter how obscure.
Dr Wei Hao Yuen
MChem DPhil Oxon, Oxford University
Dr Yuen is a graduate of the University of Oxford, as well as the Director of Elite IB Singapore. Dr Yuen received his DPhil in Physical and Theoretical Chemistry and MChem from Worcester College, and has supported numerous students in their applications to Oxford, Cambridge, and other top UK universities for a multitude of STEM subjects.
An enormously experienced Consultant, Wei Hao is expertly placed to provide Oxbridge support to those applying from overseas, as well as interview guidance for those applying for Chemistry, Natural Sciences, or related subject areas.
MSc Natural Sciences Cantab, Cambridge University
Abby graduated from Christ’s College, Cambridge, with a BA Natural Sciences and MSc in the History and Philosophy of Science, where she focused particularly in the philosophy of the cognitive sciences. Abby has provided university application support to students through all aspects of their UCAS and Oxbridge applications, including leading Oxbridge interview workshops and seminars.
She is adept at assessing students' needs and attainment, and has an excellent understanding of each aspect of the application process for Natural Sciences, both as a former applicant, and now as an experienced mentor, and provides clear, concise support to those looking to gain entrance to universities throughout the UK to read a range of subjects.
MA Medieval History & History of Art, University College London
Sam completed his MA Medieval History & History of Art at University College London, having attended King’s College London for his BA History, where he was co-chair of the History Society and recipient of the Worshipful Company of Bowyers Prize. He provides support for students looking to read History, History of Art, Classics, and related courses at UK universities.
Sam’s own experiences studying interdisciplinarily between History, History of Art, and Classical Language departments is highly advantageous to supporting students eager to demonstrate their breadth of knowledge while making applications to humanities programmes at UK universities.
